About Me
I am Callum Reeder and I live in Portishead, North Somerset. I started working in the building industry in 1980 as an apprentice Carpenter and Joiner, firstly in a professional workshop and then on building sites gaining experience in both restoration work and new build. In my building career I was also fortunate to work for a company which repaired damage to Grade 1 listed buildings where I gained further knowledge and experience in traditional carpentry techniques.
For a number of years I took a different direction away from the building industry, but I always continued working as a Carpenter and Joiner in my spare time completing a number of small restoration projects, fitting kitchens and general handyman services for friends and family. I have returned to working as a handyman and also have a small workshop where I can build many projects to suit the needs of my customers.
Over the years I have gained knowledge and experience in a number of other building trades including minor electrical work, household plumbing and general construction. I now specialise in home maintenance and small handyman jobs where people either don't have the time or knowledge to complete.
